    So i have problems sleeping. i usually sleep at 11 - 12 but now i cant SLEEPP

    work out a bit, get your body tired
    Step 1: turn off computer
    Step 2: disconnect internet
    Step 3: contain and control yourself from the computer and other electronics
    Step 4: do some stupid indoor workout that gets the heart pumping and tired, or just do crunches and push ups (properly) and then get tired and go sleep
