Exclamation is GMAbooster safe to use?

    So i have a toshiba satallite c655-s5132

    PROCESSOR:
    Intel® Celeron® Processor 925
    OPERATING SYSTEM:
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
    GRAPHICS ENGINE:
    Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M
    GRAPHICS MEMORY:
128MB-1341MB dynamically allocated shared graphics memory
    (i have the 1341mb)

i figured it would play combat arms pretty good and it does but when i get in a gun fight and start shooting it slows down just a bit which affects the game play making me most likely to die, if i didn't have this problem i would probably be a lot better, and then i saw a computer forum talking about the GMA booster, now im not really sure what it is, and if it is safe, because my laptop is not even 2 months old and i don't want to fu*k something up and waste almost 400 bucks,

so if you could maybe explain what it is, what is does, if it works, and if its safe to use.

    thanks,
sorry if this is the wrong section don't know were else to put it.

The specs of your computer are from older models
