Try out first with some workouts that get you moving and active. Don't dip right into the abs area. Try maybe some light excersizes that we'll start you up, then get into the hard stuff. Constant Push ups, sit ups. Try the insanity workout... Follow the daily schduel and routine. Pull Ups on HIGH bars are great too. Try to go beyond your limit, feel the pain, bare with it. When your tired, keep going. When you feel sleepy but determined, go for more. I always did that... ended up with just a 4 pack though. I became lazy after and lost it. / but yeah what i used to do really did work.
Oh and also drink and eat stuff with lots of protein in it... like meat and fish, or drinks that have a lot of protein in it. make sure you burn that stuff off after. Drink water throughout when your working out... Don't work in a fill or filled stomach(obviously) and also try new workouts everytime. Don't stick with the regular workouts. you need a variety that will help you out.
Oh and also another thing, don't sleep after you excersize.
Keep all the tips and shit in mind and im sure you'll get your 4 pack soon bro.
