    You do get from situps What, do u run up down a hill 7 times a week, for 6 months and get a 6pack?
    And i do cardio as well. I walk like 2-3 miles a day from my house to my prep school.

    actually, theres a difference. Anaerobic workouts, usually gain and give muscles. Aerobic (cardio) burns fat . Fat dosent really help in gaining muscle, fat only helps in insulating muscles, and regulating blood flow, when the metabolism isnt working too well.

    these sometimes do workout, but you have to have low body fat to begin with, i actually still have a really nice core, like if you but your hand on my stomach, you can actually feel the abs, and they are VERY HARD!!! I just have a layer of fat in front of them that i will have to burn off , (with cardio), but at the same time im mixing anaerobic activities, to help build more muscle.     @Extravagant So exactly what BUILDS the origin (The abs)? If situps make abs more noticable, what actually BUILDS it?

    I'm not mad or anything, I use caps because its the important parts. Its a long explanation, because its not easy to make it short without people misunderstanding.
