    ok ill tell you straight up, high metabolism is good for burning fat, but not for building muscle. But i see Tony always has shit to say, and its kinda like hes spamming but hey, im not gonna be the judge of that <.<

    3. Power Knees : 72
    4. Power Jumps : 54
    5. Globe Jumps : 15
    6. Suicide Jumps (not literally ) : 21
