cpt??? and me... slightly overweight im eating good.... its just almost all the stuff in this insanity guide reccomends that you take your results and recovery formula.... which im guessing is deffinantly going to be your protein shake.... oh well tuff luck

you should do traditional working out. Programs like Insanity/P90x will only get you a a lean appearance and some endurance.
Traditional working out will get you the lean countenance at a slower rate, but you will become much stronger, and, if you actually workout right, then you will get a much better endurance than with Insanity.
