    These are the types of sports where I'm good as well, but I don't compete, since there are no competitions where my school competes, so I would compete there.

    If you practice jumping and trying to get your knees to touch your stomach or chest, like 5 times a day. You can sprint farther and faster in 1 week O_O

    Eat pasta the night before. Plenty of carbs is good. Drink water, but dont drink a lot.

    As for long jump, make sure you have your steps marked off, and after you jump, make your legs go parallel to the ground, and dont let them go down until you land. Your feet should be the first thing to land, and let your momentum carry your body forward past where your feet landed. Your knees should come up and almost hit you in your chin unless you spread your legs and go through them.

    Its kinda hard to advise someone how to do a proper long jump without actually being there to show them though, and tell them what they are doing wrong.
