    I'm going to get that.
For the moment I have a Cooler Master V6GT.
And the motherboard has thermal armor, keeps my motherboard 22 degrees centigrade.

If you've read the thread, you would see he said he has $50K.

    Fine
Screw SLI / crossfire, go with a cheap-ass am3 870 build w/ 4-8 gigs of normally clocked / timed ram and a normal hdd. Trust me, if this is supposed to be a gaming rig they don't need any special cpu/hdd performance neither do they need more than ~4-8 gigs of ram.

As far as cases go just stick everything in a rack and seal it off from the customers?

For motherboards, I'd get ASUS or Gigabyte.

8Gb of Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz Memory is also good...
Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 LGA 1155 + Intel Core i7-2600k is a great buy and it works great with Nvidia GTX 580's and below, & Sapphire HD 6970's and below... L.C.S is also a great investment cause it keeps shit cooler without the noise...

Just curious, how exactly do you plan on making money off of this Internet Cafe? I have always been interested in going to one, but there aren't any around in Ohio.

I'm assuming you already purchased the 6850's? Those will suffice for now, but I would've went with the 6950's.

Anyways, here is my suggestion for the rest of the parts for you computer. Not sure where you are buying these parts from, but I'll post links to Newegg.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge
MoBo: 4 GPX Cards: GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
2 Cards: GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3P LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
(Wouldn't waste your time with 4 cards per unit.. just stick with 2.)
    RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
PSU: COOLER MASTER Silent Pro Gold Series Modular Power Supply
HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
SDD: Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
    DVD: ASUS 24X DVD Burner
    CPU Cooler: XIGMATEK Gaia SD1283
    CASE: COOLER MASTER HAF 932

    Extras if you need them:

    Monitor: Asus VE248H Black 24"
Keyboard/Mouse: Microsoft Desktop 400 5MH-00001 Black USB Wired Standard Keyboard
Headsets: Ozone Gaming Gear ATTACK 3.5mm x 2 Connector Circumaural Stereo Gaming Headset

Let me know if you need anything else. I want to open up one of these Internet Cafes when I am older.. but I would need to make some money first. Hopefully my job of a Computer Engineer will be successful.

    Almost forgot. GOOD LUCK!

    You don't need to quadfire.
    Probably just two would do.
And you don't need a SSD for internet cafes.

I wouldn't even go with Crossfire. You can easily play any game with a single GPU. As for RAM, I wouldn't go above 6GB unless it was actually financially better to buy bulks of 8GB.Most of your users won't see the benefits of the extra card or the extra RAM unless you're planning on having dual/triple monitor setups. Nowadays people only use internet cafes for either casual browsing or gaming. So you only need to tailor for gaming, you're wasting valuable money if you go for anything extra. And don't give me crap about future proofing.

I would just have a small 80GB velociraptor for OS, and just have a 1TB caviar black for games.
