This all you gotta do..
1) Make yourself a schedule. What your going to do each day when and how many times/for how long.
2) STICK WITH IT! If you don't you will become lazy and just start from being non-muscular.
3) Eat healthy. Take calcium + eat protein.
4) Cut down on the snacks. Don't eat after 9pm.
Do a little bit of each per day. Biceps, quads, legs, abs, etc..
If you do a little each day, you'll be a muscular son of a gun.
Also, you can just get a monthly membership at a local gym + go there everyday if you don't have any exercise equipment.

Fuck maximum potential. I do 30 sit ups, 30 pushups, 30 squats and 50 jumping jacks a day. And Im not fat.

I do like 100+ pushups a day 100+ situps a bajillion jumping jacks, jogging, all this random upper body exercises and lower body and im just keeping myself healthy and normal >< zz
