    HEEELP ! workout tips ? :>

    hey guys,
    i just started to train my muscles( my biceps, stomache ...) but even i work out so hard, i can't feel any changes
    Can ya guys give me some tips ?

    You won't get the results for a bit. Just keep at it.

    Make sure you don't over work your muscles. Give yourself enough rest, because your muscles grow during the recovery time.

    Actually you can get results like in a month or two if you do everything correct.

    I put on 7-9 lbs of muscle a month >.<

    if you want to feel the changes... you have to work to your maximum potential.... what is your maximum potential.... the point where you find the most struggles in keeping going.... but then pushing even more.... meaning fatigue your muscles till their tired... and while they are... take a little break.... and force yourself to go EVEN HARDER.... this gives the max results...... even though its hard... your must remember,.... pain is just a neuron signal being sent to your muscles to stop.... resist this... as your will wants something more than what your brain "reccomends"
    Donate for my P90X equipment... i needa get started but my money is pretty tight right now... any help is greatly appreciated :
