Well, tomorrow i have a soccer tournament and the thing is that i haven't been on a training like for almost 4 months.
I don't have the lung capacity to run 45 mins.
FUCK FUCK FUCK.
Any help to have a momentary increased lung capacity? ( No breathing shits)
Can't really increase it withought practise If you want to learn quick. Hold your breath under water, untill you can't hold it anymore then lift your head and take deep breath's for 1min. Then repeat it 5 times
