    Yeah there's a fuckload of different workouts you can do with the dumbbells. You can do all sorts of different curls, lunges for your legs, etc. And nice, gif pls.

    If you were short and the same weight, you could bench a hell of a lot more. I'm around 6 feet.

    I'm just one of those unnaturally tall skinny ass kids I'm hoping that nitric oxide supplements along with half servings of creatine and double servings of whey protein will help me bulk

    Never been to a Gym, and only workout in the summer at a friends house. The most his bench can take is 150lb. Both of us use 150.

    When I was playing hockey my coach would make me lift weights like crazy.

    last time I checked I could bench like 260

    That's not bad. How many reps
    4 sets of 15. (He does more than me, though I'm not sure where he is at.)


    Will probably start out at about 4 sets of 10 when school lets out next summer, I'm sure to have lost muscle mass after 9 months of nothing but biking.
