    Got a little problem

    Since I didn't play soccer a lot and didn't really care what I eat I got few pounds.
    And I'm not fat Im almost 14 and I weight 105 pounds.
    I just want to lose about 5-10 pounds just from whatever u call it "belly fat" so I can get some abs
    And please don't post useless replies

    Or go to a gym

    I thought sit up was not good if you're trying to get abs ?...
    I am embarrass now I'm only 12 ( well 2 more month until i'm 13)and weight 104 lbs.

    Do any kind of ab workout and a lot of cardio, also you need to monitor what kind of foods you eat.

    No it doesn't, shut up. Everyone has abs, you just have body fat that covers up. Sit ups will just give you a fatter looking stomache if anything if you have belly fat. You need to do cardio, if you don't like running then do high intensity jump rope.

    The fuck? You weigh 105 and you want to lose "5-10 more pounds"? I'll seriously never understand girls. If you really insist on losing weight, get into an exercise regimen. If you don't like jogging, try getting in to a routine of jogging with a friend, that will certainly make it more interesting. Just don't let it cut into your diet, 105 is a perfectly healthy weight for someone your age. In fact, the average weight for girls 14-15 years old is 105-115 pounds.
