    And yes. I smoked more cigs and I dumped my gf. (My resolution was to quit smoking for my gf at the time) Bitch got annoying. Brought her out to eat every fucking day and she kept saying I didn't spend enough on her. Tried killing herself though... god damnit why am I rambling on.

    Drink lots of tomato soup and fat free milk. Lost almost 40 pounds last summer.

    Guys burn fat differently than women.

    I eat nothing but fruit now. I'm almost 6 5. I used to play football so I was always buff and all. But then I quit and I wanted to be skinny.

    Not necessarily the right strategy. Do cardio and work out.

    Dude I'm 6'4" and I weigh 81 Kilos, and I'm still considered to be underweight. Build muscle man you've got to be all bones!

    You need to date stable women. Besides, you shouldn't quit for someone because you'll just revert to smoking again, quit for your own health. I no longer smoke cigarettes but on the weekends I'll have a cigar/ello with a drink. It's mostly just socially.

    Eat less starches and a lot more protein. That means a lot of steak, soy and other such products. People tend to think they're bulking up when they consume massive quantities of food but it has to be about what type of things you eat. So loads of meats and green veggies.

    Never going to smoke cigarettes except the organic ones. They put too much shit into the mainstream brands.
