    Fasting works to a point, but if you do it too much your body will start storing away all of the fat you take in and just burn off your muscle (it'll kick into starvation mode). Keep a decent diet, don't go overboard like only eating salad because you still need all of your food groups, just do it in moderation and eat six small meals a day instead of three large ones. Also, find a cardio program you enjoy. When I did cardio I would dance with my friends to hardstyle through four straight songs, relax on the fifth, do four more, and I just had fun with working out. Remember you need to make working out fun, if your not having fun while doing it you won't see as many benefits(this was the case with me, I retained my fat when I was younger even though I worked out like a motherfucker and didn't know why).

    Yeah, but you're still going to have to gain it back eventually. You only stop drinking water to lose weight for an event, you can't do it forever
