    MPGH Bad Customer Service

    I have to say the customer service here is not good. I paid for my VIP 4 days ago and still my account is restricted. I have been patience waiting and waiting but i have to say that when you pay for something you want to have it ASAP. I follow every single step, went to the mirc chat, contact via forum a bunch of people ( no reply ).

    If this is going to continue I will move to other place. I am not the only person with this issue, you have to open you eyes and know that you are loosing customers. I created and account with *********** and it was up and running in less than a minute. so for now i am using their vip and thinking in Cancel my service with MPGH

    If you did a bank transfer it takes 4 - 6 days to clear. Thats why it hasnt activated yet.

    well.....ur paypal must have gotten screwed up because i paid for mine and i was VIP right away
    b4 you flame make sure that the transaction went through
    and BTW MPGH has the best support

    my transaction was completed last friday. I am not stupid i checked my paypal account and everything was process fine. I am paypal verified and have been a member of paypal for 10 years. btw Zhellound fuck you too little bitch.

    send your transaction ID, paypal email etc to imsohoooood or diistasta,
    they are from the VIP support.

    Yeah i noticed that. I will continue using the *** hacks until somebody here fix my problem, not much i can do. I hope to receive a credit for all the inconvenience. The main problem here is i have 2 account in this forum and looks like they add the VIP access to the incorrect account (i do not remember the password for that account). I forgot to mention Diisasta is trying to help he is a good guy. by the way NatureSkillz i can tell you that my paypal account is in great shape and the transaction was completed January 9, 2008. I have been a paypal member for the past 10 years. believe me the problem is not my paypal account 20 charge is nothing.
