    If you want to gain weight consistently and effectively..
    Sleep for very few hours; stay up late.
    Eat high carb/calorie foods such as rice
    Snack alot, eat lots of doritos, chocolate, ice cream etc.

    Alternative:
    Purchase a high calorie protein powder.

    seems ur metabolism is a problem try to stop eating nuts since they just increase ur metabolism, burning fat even faster.

    OP, I used to be the same as you. Last year or so I've gone from 5'9 121lbs to 5'11 150lbs. Obviously not claming to be huge, but it's a healthy weight and I'm still gaining lean muscle mass all the time. I have basically fuck all body fat. Got my BMI checked and I'm at 8.7% body fat.
    What you wanna do is eat ALOT more. I know what you're thinking... "I already eat alot "bla bla shut the fuck up no you don't. I thought the same as you. You have to start tracking exactly how much you're eating. You need to be eating 3000+ calories, even more if you're weight training if you wanna get bigger.
    Eat alot of nuts, get yourself a weight gainer.

    This is the bitch I'm on right now:
    BSN, 2.6kg BSN True Mass Weight Gain, Weight Gain - Supplement Centre

    Do compound exercises. Squats, push ups, pull ups, chin ups, dips, crunches. These help build strength and helped me build mass quicker than machines or free weights did at first. Compounds are perfect for skinny people. Start doing weights after you get about 2/3 months of compounds at home down and you stop getting any gains from them. THEN it's time to hit the gym.

    Eat every 3/4 hours. Eat smalldium meals often. You should be eating 5 meals a day. DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST. Eat before bed. Seriously. Just eat. If you feel full, eat some more. Liquid calories help alot and will naturally increase your appetite. After a while, you'll be able to stomach food easier. Keep cardio to a minimum.

    I'm 14 i sleep like 6-7 hours on weekdays
    I skip lunch cause I can't bear school lunch
    I don't lift weights and I have been eating alot of fast food erryday after school LOL
