    hmm i wish i had high metabolism im about 6ft 180 pounds and i eat like a fucking meal a day and i sort of work-out if you could call it that...
    idk my dad was a bigass dude so im probably fighting some genetic drawback

    if you want to get big i would suppose yah dont skip meals sit on your ass and sleep less
    that or figure out a way to get pregnant
