    Try meditation too, It helps you reach the third REM stage quicker so you don't need as much sleep. That's what I do when I have work. Insomnia sucks.

    Geez, 30 hours...I would be passed out and would probably sleep for like a day and a half

    dude..shit, same advice right here
    smoking definitely helps you sleep more
    but be aware that's there's also the quality of sleep that is involved when i had my insomnia my worst streak was like 80 something hours in
    but it wasn't all no sleep is was about every couple hours i would just sort of pass out for like 10 minutes...
    there's also a chance that you might of developed a sleep apnea (like my dad) who consistently woke up when he stopped breathing in his sleep...so he kinda trained himself to stop sleeping before he found some medication.

    Smoking some marijuana, smoke a shit load and then lay down. You'll fall asleep like a baby.
