    Increase your caloric intake. Drink protein shakes in the morning, drink water all the time, you will be 150 in no time.

    Unless you want to be a pudgey fucker, lift weights all the time.

    That's the other part, i don't have enough time to go to gym so all i do is some shits in my house
    I run 20 mins b4 my excersices, and then a whole training session with 3 series of 15.

    I've focused on my chest and arms.
    Doing lift ups, lifting minor weight (Like 6lbs, i know its a shame, and it really takes no effort to do it.)

    I don't lie, i take a fast breakfast at 6:00 am then at 9 i eat a pizza and a coke at 12 i take lunch, after that at 4:20 i arrive to my house to eat like a COW, at 7 dinner and at 10 another thing to eat.

    im 13, weigh like 80 lbs. And i just eat a bunch of regular day things, and at night i do curls,shrugs, pushups, leg lifts, sit ups, crunches, and other stuff but that was like in fall. but the amount i can carry went from like 5lbs -> 15lbs (idgaf what u think of me )

    btw fapping makes ur arms stronger

    @OP, Buy a pullup bar from Amazon or something, do 20 pullups and 20 chin ups a day, if you can't do pullups or chin ups, take a chair and put it in front of you and put 1 foot on the chair and pull yourself up. Do like 20 pushups too, start low, and increase by like 2 every 2 days.
