    Really? I never really got the reason why my gym teacher was so proud of me, i just ran like everybody else, I faintly remember something about her mentioning 11 and a half, dunno, can't seem to recall.
    Though professional my ass, my legs feel like wood logs after such a run, wouldn't be able to do these kind of runs more than maybe 3-4 times a day.

    Try excercising more, try running around more, try getting a bit more active. In the morn when you wake up, or at night before you sleep take a 30 minute jog or so to a park near your house. It definitely helps, i've done it myself. lol.
