    Try to run about 1 or 2 laps around your neighborhood every morning, when your senses are the strongest, and about 30 minutes after dinner.
    Do this everyday you can and you'll build cardiovascular endurance.
    While running try not to talk and focus on your breathing, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
    Really helps me alot.

    Well I just turned 14, im white and 6'2. For football, I run a 40 in 4.2 seconds, thats only because of my long legs. Take bigger strides, and the faster you pump your arms, the faster you are.

    Yeah, i've also tried the arms technique too, saw that on google [] and it increases my endurance too when i have to do a lap around my school field for P.E

    If you want to increase the power in your legs, go to the gym and don't a staircase climbing machine. Do that along with just jogging.

    I used a cross trainer [eliptical] at my school's little gym, it was so friggen easy - the machine ended up going faster than my legs o.o
