If it's a program that's closing everything when you open something, then it might be hard.
What I did to a similar program was I restarted, and then when I logged on, I quickly opened the task manager before anything. I found the process of the fake anti virus and I killed it before it began to run.

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and install it. Update the definitions and run a quick scan. If you have issues installing it (eg. the fake AV detects it as a virus and blocks it), let me know. I don't think you've given us an accurate name of the fake AV.

Yes, they're called rogue AVs and are designed to trick you into buying their fake software or sending your credit card details to criminals.

I have windows advanced security center fake antivurs and idk how to remove it
Here is an global Tip that solve the most:
1: Start Web-Browser. (On the PC with the Fake Anti-Virus or go to another PC.)
2: Google the NAME of the Fake Program. (Witch might give you links to useful solutions.)
3: Try out what you find. (PS: Try to be critical to what it tell you do to. Some "solutions" can be fake.)
4: Enjoy. (PS: If used a USB to transfer a program, you should scan it. Just in case it messed with your USB.)
