    All jokes aside, My mom smokes and I have asthma so I hate being around her when she smokes.
    Best way to make them quit is to stick firecrackers in the middle of the cigarette.
    So load your cigarettes with firecrackers, not all maybe like 75%
    And play roulette with them. You will want to quit.
    My mom smokes less everyday.

    Hmm. Well, I started smoking weed back in 7th grade. I went nonstop day after day until about 9th grade when I finally pulled my shit together. Even though I had a straight 3.7 GPA - I still needed to get my shit together. They say you can't get physically or mentally addicted to weed - it's true, you can't - though you have this NEED and want for smoking. That is what I call an addiction. After I got my shit back together - hell, I just went back to it. Pulled out my ROOR bong for the first time in 2 years (Junior year) and took a BEAST hit, started throwing up though.

    I'd be happy to tell you some of the things that I did to get off of the "addiction"; though if none of these work don't be surprised. A nicotine addiction is far more intense than this.

    1) Try chewing bubblegum, straws, and many other things. That can get very addictive and gets your mind off of everything else. I understand this is classical, but I had a piece of gum for every hour (class) of the day.

    2) Eating. Whenever you feel the need to go smoke a cigarette, go eat. Eat some goldfish, a sandwich, etc. Before you know it you'll forget you were going to go get / smoke a cigarette.

    3) Doing less and less every day. I know this'll be hard, but try being organized with the times and amounts you smoke. If you smoke 7 cigarettes one day, try smoking 6 the next day. Keep ranking down the vines, and see how far you can get. You'll be surprised how much of a difference of a NEED for smoking once you do less and less every day.

    -Tell your friends you quit smoking. That way you'll feel worse if you go to smoke again
    -Usually after a week the bad withdrawals are gone.

    who ever smokes inside is gonna have a hard time quiting trust me i know mina smokes inside her room witch is why you cant quit start going outside and trying holding back it takes balls i smoke like half a pack aday to

    shit i feel you too man . been smoking since i was 16 and im 24 now and up to 2pks a day. i suggest the nurse bed method. thats what i might have to do.
