Reputation Changes
A major change to the Reputation System: from now on you cannot give members negative reputation anymore.
(@Dave84311: "******s abuse rep, ******s lose rep")
Also, from now on everyone is able to see from who he/she received reputation here.

Cocksuckers on the other hand - subordinated as they are - will see their reputation feature disabled from now on.
This means they are not able to send nor receive reputation anymore.

Minions, Minions, Minions!
Minions! That's the big talk of this week.
As Liz promised: more contests and more staff opportunities the coming months.

[MPGH]Hero: How has your time here at MPGH been? Since the beginning until now?
[MPGH]arunforce: a rollercoaster, has its ups and downs, days i hate it, days i enjoy it

[MPGH]Hero: You're the MPGH Administrator, 2nd in command, what do you do as an Admin?
[MPGH]arunforce: changes, i use to do moderation, then handling staff, then when SA came, turned to researching and stuff for avenues for MPGH to expand to, but now I mostly fill the gap between administrator and staff administrator

[MPGH]arunforce: Content portal on the frontpage for promotion of member's hacks, the vb shop, a useful award system

Is it Murder under the "Right" Circumstances?
In this day and age, murder in everyone's eyes is, "wrong", to what extent? In certain circumstances is it right or wrong? The father of a four year old daughter catches a 47 year old man trying to rape his own daughter. The father acts out in rage, and begins to repeatedly beat the man to death. The father admits to hitting him, but as he says, "didn't mean to kill him" - how can we tell if this was under the "right" circumstances? The sheriff states, "You have a right to defend your daughter. He acted in defense of his third person". You can read more about it here.

Nik Wallenda is ABOVE a Wonder of the World?
Nik Wallenda - not a name I've heard recently, but is the "thin" talk of this week. This week the historic tightrope walk over Niagara Falls was completed. 60 metres above one of the seven wonders of the world, Nik Wallenda still had to overcome obstacles - with the howling wind and and life threatening mist - even with that he wasn't worried about death as Nik Wallenda took precautions of being attached to some safety wire. Star War the Old Republic going free to play, or sort of
Lead desiner for SWtoR has been taking a look into the free to play part of gaming and is prepairing to adapt to this growing genre, starting with SWtoR, but with a catch.
For now, it will be free to play until level 15 but this is only the start or a test to see how it works so more of the game might unlock.
This was about as much info as i could uncover for now.

Crytek,is now turning into a free to play studio
Cevat Yerli, the founder, CEO and President of Crytek has announced that all of their future projects after Crysis 3, are going to be top notch free to play games.

Cryteks first free to play game is the up coming Warface that was announced in asia back in 2010 and is suppose to launch sometime before 2013 and is really looking great for a free to play tittle, then again that is expected from Crytek that has set a budget between 10-30 million dollars on the development of the game. All of their up coming games will be hosted via Gface, their own game streaming network that just went into beta.

Hey everyone! This was the first MPGH News edition. Sorry if it was kind of crappy, the team wasn't all together, and we had some misunderstandings and last minute things. We all had to pitch in some extra sections, and do some extra work so we could get an edition out tonight. Just some information about this that you should know at this point:

We will be doing this every friday, and we DO have applications out. It is a STICKIED thread in General, so if you're interested of joining feel free to go apply.

We're not official (yet) and it's being discussed and kind of talked over. We'll get you more information on that at a later date.

Once again, sorry if it's crappy. We couldn't get every section into our fabulous editors Ravallo and Scata, so sentences may be choppy, and there may be grammatical errors. I tried to get as much as I could, sorry if I missed any!


If you have any suggestions, or recommendations please feel free to post them! Along with any sort of criticism is always appreciated as it can help us, the MPGH News team, get better at what we do so we can do our beast to please everyone. Let's say if someone was working the Global News job and someone wants to get the job and they get it, could they be stacked?
