    Protein shakes

    Anyone used them before?
Would a few drinks a week give me kidney stones?
What's the likelyhood of getting kidney stones.

I use em. I use Body Fortress Whey Protein

The only way you could get kidney stones is if you get like 2g per pound (Body Weight) everyday which is ALOT.
Also, its best to drink 'em after you work out.

You'll only get Kidney stones if you take more than what is recommended and do not workout, that will also cause you to gain bodyfat as well.

Find any 100% Whey Protein complex and you're set. Using my usual stack that I recommend to people (most basic, omega 3, multi vitamin, Nitric Oxide pre-booster, 100% whey protein, creatine monohydrate) I gained four inches on my arms in two months. After my cutting phase I still had two inches and fairly defined muscles, working on bulking again myself.

    EDIT: Fixed a typo

So I weigh around 50kg which is around 110 pounds.
So for me no more than 220g daily.
I'm sticking to 150-180 to be safe.
I'm not going to use so much I guess.
    Once or twice a week.

Sure dude. If you want to bulk muscle use the stack I put in parenthese. Every morning have your first protein shake before/after breakfast (doesn't really matter). Pre-workout have your Creatine Monohydrate along with your Nitric Oxide booster, and make sure it's taken at least 40 minutes before the workout to get the best results, but no longer than an hour and a half. During your workout you want to do heavy weight, low reps, many sets. I'm at a 140 curl, I do 5 reps and about 10-20 sets depending on how many I can manage to get through. After your workout take your second daily dose of Creatine Monohydrate, and eat something high in protein but with little saturated fats. Then before bed, take your second protein shake because your body does most of its muscle building/repairing while you're asleep.

As for a diet for bulking, you want to make sure you get your regular daily food groups, as well as your carbs and protein. Grilled chicken is an excellent way of getting lean protein. Before my workouts I eat two servings of brown rice for the carbs, and half a serving afterwards to ensure my body has the proper amount of energy to keep it from burning muscle.

Stick to cycles. Every 2-4 months bulk, then cut for a month and work ONLY on toning and cardio. This will keep you from building too much fat and give your muscles a much more defined look, as well as build them much quicker. I workout two days in a row, then I focus on my core the third day, and I rest the fourth day, workout the fifth day, rest the sixth day, and then the seventh day I do core again. It's my best regiment for myself but you'll need to test the waters to see how you will be able to stand up to your own regiment.

You will gain some body fat, but in your cutting phase while toning that will melt away like butter.

    Vitamins are essential too.
Your B's (Thiamine, pyridoxine, riboflavin, niacin, and cobalamin)
    Vitamin A
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin D
    Biotin

Your diet is important too. Eat healthy foods that contains low sat. fats and high on carbs and foods that contains loads of vitamins. Water is very essential so make sure your drink plenty.

I only get to workout on the weekends so do I do all of these things in your first paragraph on the weekends?
I don't have those Creatine Monohydrate and that Nitric Oxide booster.
I have deadlifts, curls, that bike thing, benchpress and some sort of stack machine.

I took the picture at an angle.

Then we'll need to improvise. You're going to need to workout twice Saturday (curls and benchpress only) where you'll lift to exhaustion the first session, then you'll do about five sets of five reps for the second to keep from overtraining. The second day you'll do a lighter weight but the same thing, only this time add in your deadlifts and about 30 minutes non-stop on the elliptical (the bike thing) machine. You don't want too much cardio at first because you won't get as noticeable results bulking.

Throughout the week try to get in at least two to three sets of curls in every day if possible. Just something to constantly keep your arms working because only workout on two days a week can risk injury if your body isn't already up to par,

Anabolic boosters are useless for people our age, but protein shakes can be used for any method of muscle building as long as you keep active. It's not specific for body-builders only

You have no idea how body building works. You do not intake nearly the amount of protein needed from a regular diet while attempting to gain lean muscle mass. Protein is essential for your muscles to repair. The more protein you have in your system, the faster and more efficiently your muscles repair, REGARDLESS of age. Teenagers need a minimum of 52 grams a day, whereas an adult needs about 56 grams a day, 4 grams isn't a significant enough of a change to back your statement, therefore you are obviously wrong

Also, if you do not know what is inside of a protein shake complex you are still, very ignorant. Protein shakes do NOT contain ONLY protein, but nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids or amino acids that you can not get from your daily diet. Many vitamins and minerals in protein shake complex's are physically IMPOSSIBLE to gain through a regular diet without supplementation.

So please, just don't post, you have no clue what you're talking about.
