    Haha my friend who is also skinny asked me this.
    "Why are there so much fucking losing weight programs, why not make a gaining weight program for us skinny people"
    I was laughing so hard.
    But yeah, Some people have fast metabolism, urs could be fast also, which mean, even though u eat all of those food to get ur self fat, NO MATTER WHAT! U gain not much pounds sometimes u even lose some pounds instead of gaining, my friend did a science fair project about this,
    I was the subject along with his skinny brother:
    ME: 5'6"
    Weight: 136lb=61kg

    Him: 5'5"
    Weight: 121lb=54kg

    so my metabolism was like, normal pace - slow paced
    his was fast-normal pace
    so like we eat the same shit every day at the same time for 1 month and weigh each week to find out how much pound gain or lost,(We ate fat foods and shit like Mc Donalds and Chicken and all that other shit)
    Well he did lost some pounds even though he ate alot of those fat food.
    So its gonna be hard to get some muscle,
    So, just try, and try to Over do it.

    My main was banned for flaming but I had it reversed Just wait about a minute then go to push for another set. If that's too much you can wait longer, just keep working out until you hit your exhaustion point Work till you fail, that's a huge motto for weight lifters.

    I honestly dont see the + to bulking up. I just do "toning" workouts xD

    Bulk up then tone, im 6'2" and weigh 165lbs, don't really work out all that much but my metabolism is ridiculous.

    100lb :s
    Get some 25lb weights, 11kg. That will help you bulk. Do a few sets of those then rest for 5 minutes and do it again.

    Don't buy weights, just go to the gym. Gyms are usually free for teens.

    nope. gym here isn't free nowhere.
    also, the UK is in a recession so there's even less chance/reason for free gym for teens :/
