I find the "unpopular" kids are usually the ones who don't interact with anybody.
And then there are the tryhard kids who try to but into every conversation trying to be social, just play cool and don't be mean.

Not even gonna lie, I didn't have many friends until I went into highschool last year.
My middleschool was really small with only 60 kids in the middle school part, I knew most of them but once I got into highschool it was a joke to make friends.

I'm already tall, I'm 5"11 or 5"10 and I could care less if working out stunts my growth.

Growth only gets stunted when your muscles get damaged.
When you exercise your muscles grow, and your bones lengthen to accompany them. Which ultimately makes you taller.

The amount of misinformation in this thread regarding lifting is fucking mind blowing.

    1. Weightlifting does NOT stunt your growth. That is an old midwives tale. The only instance where it can stunt your growth is when you shatter a growth plate. I don't know how that's even possible because one, you would not be able to lift that kind of weight, and two, given that you practice proper from, lifting is safer than any contact sport.

    2. Some studies have shown that weightlifting facilitates the release of HGH. It certainly does not suppress it. That just sounds stupid. People like Arnold Schwarzenegger are living testaments of such stupidity. Arny also started heavy lifting in his early teens, yet today he stands at 6'2'. This also disproves the so called theory that lifting stunts growth. He also never took artificial HGH.

    3. Muscle growth has no direct correlation to increase in height via the lengthening of bones. The lengthening of bones is caused by growth plates and growth plates alone. Being stacked will have no affect on those growth plates.

    4. The whole point of lifting is muscle damage. Without muscle damage their would be no muscle growth. To clarify, lifting exceeds your muscles tensile strength causing micro tears in your muscles. Your body use protein to repair these tears making your muscle stronger, thus increasing tensile strength.

If your muscles grow wouldn't your bones grow to adapt to it..?
