I don't have much to do so i decided to make a thread about nutrition and working out. Mainly aiming for fitness/bodybuilding.
If you want help concerning nutrition and workout programmes and anything that relates to fitness (e.g. losing fat) than post your question here and i might be able to help you out. I might even make you a whole nutricional+workout plan if you want to.
I dont know if talking about steroids is against the rules?
