    I have been running for about 3 months. When I started out I could only do about 2 miles (3.2 km) joggin before quitting, but now I can jog 4 miles without wearing out. I have found that running every single day gives the fastest results and helps you not procrastinate.

    Good tip to remember, roll from your heel to the tip of your toes and push off with your toes
    The faster you can make your feet touch the ground, the faster you can run so dont try to push your legs out too far keep them tight
    Its been proven you can run faster/with less fatigue if you dont wear shoes or shoes with too high of a heel
    Find a path you and map its distance, for the first few months dont try to run father just work on getting there faster
    I ran 3 miles every other day in under 20 minutes just a few months after physical therapy on my knees

    Also, do you even lift?

    Nope, one all out balls to the wall sprint a day. If you over-exert yourself you will only negate the effects and never excel forward. when you sprint you don't just run, you run ALL OUT AS FAST AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.
