    I'm exactly like you. I began to train and eat a lot. Just train a lot. Unfortunately, you'll have to eat a lot of proteins and drink shakes since you have a really fast metabolism.

    Sounds like my issue. My core is the one area I HATE working out because of my stomach issues, I cramp up like crazy. I have a new regiment that consists of a thousand situp variants a night that I am starting on Sunday though. 250 crunches regular. 250 crunches laying on the right site. 250 crunches laying on the left side. 250 crunches with my legs on my bed. It worked for a friend of mine, you could see his abs coming in, in a mere two months. When he added in cardio he looked crazy ripped on the core. He does them every single night, it's crazy, I'm going to not be able to lean up for the first week, but I want those fucking abs.

    Are you talking about straight up gain fat or muscle fat?

    Quickest way to gain weight is carbs and high sugar foods.

    If you're a gym rat and want to gain muscle, then drink whey shakes and eat a bowl of rice or pasta before you hit the gym.
    A good source of Amino acids and protein is a must.
    Also lower your cardio work out and replace it with more strength training.

    Definitely build some muscle then, you don't need to be ripped, but a little extra helps make your body give off an older appearance. The Creatine and Protein will help you achieve this quickly (as long as you lift).
