I'm steady rockin' an AMD Phenom II 970 quad running at its stock 3.5GHz. I've got no complaints. It's handled everything I've thrown at it, and I've yet to try overclocking.

You get the bag and fumble it
I get the bag and flip it and tumble it
Straight out the lot, 300 cash
And the car came with a blunt in it
Lil mama a thot, and she got ass
And she gon' fuck up a bag
Pull up to the spot, livin' too fast
Droppin' the dope in the stash
In Italy, got two foreign hoes, they DM me
Drop the top when it's cold
    But you feel the heat
Be real with me, just be real with me
Eat it up like it's a feast
They say the dope on fleek

Just be careful OC'ing it, you'll notice the Phenom threshold has a huge jump by a single tenth of a volt. You might make it to 4.2 fine but once you hit 4.3 the temperature will spike.

I don't think I'll be doing any OC'ing in the near future. Right now I'm needing to replace my failing HD 5770. Once that's out of the way, I've got plans for a new PSU and mobo. Not only that, but I'll also need to invest in better cooling.

Liquid all the way, I'm currently working on an all AMD build for my studio, fx-8350, 990fxa-ud7 mobo, the works, but ill need to liquid cool it because I can't be playing cat and mouse with the noise of the fans.

Well I figured that's where you were going, considering that's where the 2 companies compete the highest sales wise.

If you were referring to tablets, I mean yeah ipads are slightly better.
That's a pretty new area for Samsung so it makes sense that they're going to need a few years to perfect that certain product.

The Note is nice, but dude that shit is huge for a phone.
I was seriously considering it, but it just feels awkward in your pocket.
Especially when you sit down and drive. I love the S3, it has pretty much all of the major functions the note has.
S beam is pretty dope, love the jelly bean update too.
If you optimize the phone right it has amazing battery life too.
Basically putting it in power saving mode, and using a dimmer brightness setting gives you ridiculous time before recharge.

I have a carrying pouch that I strap onto my belt for my Note, it is huge I'll agree but for someone like me with an Astigmatism it's excellent

I love the S Beam, I Beam people everyday, and I Beam them hard.

Had i7 920 before it was also amazing.
I don't dislike AMD though. I just like Intel more, lol.

I have no idea .3 Ghz and it just burnt right out, that's why I hate Intel because of course it voids the warranty to OC

I here you. Intel is a bit hit and miss when it comes to consistency. A lot of people reach the high 4's with their 2500/2600Ks some people reach the limit at 3.7 or 3.8. Then there are some who hit the jackpot and get a golden sample batch and reach the mid 5's (albeit with more extreme solutions for cooling). AMD, I find, are much more consistent across the board in this sense.
