    then just weight lifting once a week..
    I know, i got lazier.. but i have Gym Class so it's sports for 1 hour and a half per day.

    I don't do cardio and build muscle, there really isn't a point other than building endurance. Cardio = Calorie deficit Muscle Building = A LOT of calories

    I do some donut curls, donut bench press and donut sit-ups. Solid workout and I get full at the same time. 5 donuts with one stone. gg

    I don't workout anymore, starting to after spring when it gets warmer. 2coldoutside.
