Realistically most people would drop in their weight class. You walk around 195, but you would prob be 175 (maybe even 155 or less) after training and putting on muscle (unless you're already shredded). It really depends on your frame and height.
Me, id prob aim for light weight or one of the lower weights (assuming I can cut down that far) so I can man handle some foos.
Dave you're already a super heavyweight because you're so fat.
