    Bulking for Skinni Boi Need Help

    Currently I'm

    6,1 FT
    51KG's
    16

    ___
    Currently i'm doing for breakfast Bacon n eggs Protein Shake 2 Bananas or so

    Lunch - Steak Sandwitches or a burger or something added with a side of fruit eg, Watermelon grapes Bananas nuts ect,

    Dinner - Chicken/Pork/Beef Meat + potato vegies beans brocoli ect.

    ___

    I'm trying to eat food atleast every 2 hours in intervals to breakfast lunch dinner ect.

    If we have pasta or anything like that i usually eat until my stomach is full then go to bed

    ___
    For Exercise I usually do chinups reps of 30 as it's not that hard for someone with the weight of mine i can lift quite heavy for what i look like which is a downside cause you're like lifting something that people think is 3x the weight of myself anyways. I do that and run atleast 1km a day or so,

    Also I was actually considering the use of Roids one time, Wondering if that would be a good way to fix my Fast matabalism kinda tired of being skinny and getting shonned for it not because of my personality but what i look like ect,

    well skinny doesnt looks much good tho btw just leave eating food for 3 to 4 days only drink water and jog everyday at the morning.

    Says to leave eating for 3-4 days > Expects him to gain weight.
    Only drink water > Expects him to put on weight.

    Protein shake > No Excersise = mass gains.


    Pasta is you're best bet, high carbs is what you're looking for. To gain weight, eat more then what you burn, so stop jogging.

    Change your workouts so you don't plateau, so one day work on your upper body, then leg day then maybe back/shoulder day. If you're going to be dedicated buy gym membership. Running is a pretty bad way of getting big, instead replace it with boxing (can be shadow boxing), burpees and other body weight exercises.

    Your diet is alright maybe a bit more greens and raw vegies could do and brown rice helps.

    Persist and keep at it!

    Mhmm, Well sport isn't a problem Doing a 4km Run 500m Swim and not comming last and doing it within 30 mins i guess is pretty good

    Running, Swimming are things that get you skinny. If your fat then you should workout first then run/swim afterwords to burn bellyfat.
    But since your skinny, I suggest you bulk-up (but don't eat that much). Ans always drink protein shakes after a workout ( it helps alot).

    You can't bulk up without eating more... Protein shakes only do so much in terms of bulking...

    You have to eat more... But you have to keep in mind what your eating... Eat veggies and a high protein diet. Don't eat junk food at all.

    Loading up on carbs before going to bed will only cause you to gain body fat.


    Remove the bacon from your breakfast unless you get freshly butchered bacon from a meat deli.


    Lift your weights in intervals with many sets and few reps with the heaviest weight you can handle.

    Drink your protein shake when you first wake up and right before bed.


    Get a multi-vitamin and omega-3 fish oil for the morning.


    Get a BCAA supplement if your protein shake does not already contain at least 200% your daily amount.


    Drink at least twelve eight ounce glasses of water a day to help flush the toxins from your body that are built up throughout the day.


    Stop with the cardio and focus solely on bulking, think about cardio once you hit your desired size. This will speed up the muscle building process and also will make the cardio easier when you start.


    I don't feel like getting in-depth, I'm lazy at the moment.
