    Tips for Running,_+

    Went to run yesterday and today i cant even move my legs because it hurts . I did like 2km Running and stopping < not sure if that is correct. I bought running shoes (nike) I know there is some people here who works out @Lehsyrus Im also going today what i am going to do is slow down will try to not stop. any tips??? @Doc and @Lehsyrus ? got my iPod and I need some songs ( motivation). My goal is to run everyday. Should I exercise before running? or after the running? thanks guys.

    Yah dude, stretching is extremely important. What I do before I'm done with my laps is walk for the last 5 minutes.
    It gives your body a chance to wind down a bit opposed to coming to a dead stop and having your body feel like a painful rubber band.

    There is no way to get around the soreness, especially if you don't run often or frequently enough. Also nike is shit and you should probably get toe shoes (light enough and good enough to protect your feet). I find that with no shoes I run quicker and more elegantly, and with shoes I end up clunking. The toe shoes meet in the middle of protection and lightness.
