    OP,

    All products at logitech that are 100$+ require you to send the product in first before it's replaced. Though, you could always try and asking them for advanced replacement which means you give them a credit card, they send you the product, and if you don't send it back within 30 days (the defective one): they charge the card. So, if you wanna try that make sure you have a VCC with 1$+ on it.

    pretty sure it's $80 and under before you have to send it in.

    logitech g110 is 80,not 100.It's not even worth for 100.
