    Sleeping Disorder

    I think I have a sleeping disorder..when I lay down on my bed and I try to sleep I cant but I want to. I think its because I sometimes sleep im the day and I wake up late in the morning. I think staying up all day will help solve this issue but I did 2 days ago I ended up having a bad headache and slept the whole day. Any suggestions? I have to go to school at 8:30 its currently 5:07 and I see the sun coming up lol. No coffie pls.

    I'm up and I don't wanna go to sleep, when I get to bed I can't fall asleep properly - takes ages.
    When I'm sleeping, I don't wanna get up, when I wake up, I fall asleep again so I can't go up.

    I know the feeling of messed up sleep schedules.

    During the school year I would come home at 5 PM, take a nap and wake up at like 9. Do my homework and stay up until like 2-3 AM, sometimes 4.

    I would then wake up, be super tired, come home at 5 PM and repeat.

    It's really hard to stay awake, but if you try to stay awake as long as possible so you go to sleep at a "normal time" (10PM to 12 AM) and set an alarm to wake up at a "normal time" (6 to 8 AM) and do that for a few days you should be back to a normal sleep cycle.

    Do something boring. Because we all get tired when we're bored
    -Like reading a book for some boring class

    You could also try to 'run' around like 3 hours or so before you go sleep. (Atleast 20 min or more)
    Remember not to eat too much, as this refills the energy, and we're back to start.
