    that's what im trying to figure out alittle if it is that or something else, the problem is lets say for example (example i say -.-) im trying to sleep and the neighbor are being noisy most every 2days or everyday, and lets say that i tell them to stop being noisy and even call the cops and they(the neighbor) does nothing to stop, now... lets say you deal with that for 5month, that feeling of holding it in now becomes something that when every time you hear the person's voice your body already counteracts and begings to give you this badddddd feeling right in the gut. So bad that you can lose control. ( this is an example btw ). Now do you recall this being anger for anger management or something else? of course i don't want to get detail of the thing i have been dreaming or thinking of doing cause i don't want to turn this thread to turn into something to serious. instead i want to figure out this with people who may already know,(beside this im seeking a psychiatrist since it is serious, therapy is the same thing right? )

    I don't know what anger feels like so I honestly can't say. Either way, consulting a professional won't hurt.

    yeah just waiting for my medical insurance. i cant hold a job, lowes almost killed my boss in Wallingford reasons? not going to get on it, same goes for the Waterbury one.     as a boxer and a judoist screen shot and prove? when i was younger i train for MMA and was in the practice for 2 year fighting rookies at smaller age, i never made it do to the coach releaving (w/espell) for mental instability (says i have the urge to hurt withough caring, i don't believe that) this are the screen shot of the before and after as i progress if i did became famous Photo Album - Imgur, obviously they don't matter now cause i never made it

    i have to agree with this, if you are stuck and no way out you do get an adrenaline thus the "fight or flight" in implemented in your body and you act accordantly to your mind. basically your mind tells you to fight and takes over with i don't know maybe anger,rage, im sorry i don't know what the mind gives you to push you further so i don't want to make up stuff
