To answer your question, no it isn't really worth the $650 price tag, in my opinion (assuming this is the computer you are mentioning). The graphics card is O.K. for most games, but it certainly won't be able to run games smoothly at 1080p on games such as BF3, or Black Ops 2. I recommend you look elsewhere or build it yourself and learn a thing or two about the computer. Get a friend or your parent and share that bonding experience with them. You'll both get something out of building your own custom P.C. to the specifications you want.
Once again, this is only my opinion on the computer. It's up to you whether or not you are going to purchase this PC. I'm just giving my speculation on it.
