    I usually only run about 45 min. But my pace is relatively faster than a normal jog.
    You need alot of patience and perserverance if you are going to get those abs.

    @Omega+ the best way to lose body fat would be to do cardio and EAT HEALTHY, dont do crunches/situps to build up that ab muscle because your abs will make your stomach bigger(and rise up more due to the fat layer ON TOP of it, the muscle will be UNDERNEATH)

    I went from 96 kilograms to 72 in two months with a six pack instantly.
    Its all about how much you are willing to do for it

    Different things work for different people. Some people rather lift weights. I rather lift weights but cardio is always good for you.
