    This is day 2's routine (don't own a pull up bar atm, so chin ups and pull ups are out of consideration):
    Round 1:
    Alternating Kettlebell Row (Middle Back) - 15 Reps
    Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl - Max Reps

    Round 2:
    Bent-Arm Barbell Pullover (Lats) - 10-12 Reps
    Cross Body Hammer Curl - Max Reps

    Round 3:
    Deadlifts (Lower Back) - 15 Reps
    Concentration Curl (Variation) - Max Reps

    Round 4:
    Lawnmower (Middle Back/Lats) - 15 Reps
    Arm Open Bicep Curl - Max Reps

    It's pretty good to start off. I'm including some pretty good and popular exercises in there dude, when I get stronger the routines will get harder and vice versa...

    Also here's my back on the start line.... (will check for changes in a week):

    EDIT: The image in the right bottom showing the biceps is kinda foggy so you have to look closer to notice that little difference.

    Barbell Shoulder Press - 15 Reps
    Squats - 15 Reps

    Round 2:
    Barbell Rear Delt Row - 15 Reps
    Back Flyes - 15 Reps
    Standing Front Barbell Raise - 15 Reps

    Round 3:
    V Push-Ups - Max Reps (I did 20,16,15)
    Elbow-Out Lawnmowers - 15 Reps
    Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 15 Reps

    Barbell Shrug (8KG) - Max Reps

    Well, duh? Maybe it's because it's still the first week -.- However I can personally notice a muscle gain after the workout.

    This is day 2 for the chest.

    EDIT: My phone's camera is only 2MP so the quality sucks and most of you won't be able to see the depth details, but w/e...
