    boxing/kickboxing help

Sup guyz just got a question of how to get rid of the smell from my hands because the gloves+the wraps make my hands smell super shitty. I can say that if you were to put a blind fold on and smell my hand you would think I was shoving pure feces in your face. Please help.

P.S. I just shaved my head because my hair annoyed the shit out of me and I look like Frankenstein, give me a solution.

Well, get a sponge like those hard sponges, like the really really hard ones and put soap on it. When you're taking a shower scrub your hands and get all the dirt off like REALLY hard. Other parts if you wish and just keep your hands clean. Avoid lotion..

The problem is with the equipment and not your hands. Your hands are going to smell regardless of how well you maintain hygiene if you don't maintain your equipment. Wash your equipment or get new wraps and gloves.

It's the wrap and gloves making your hands smell like crap, not your hands obviously. Wash the wrap and clean your gloves.
With empty hands we come; empty handed we go.
