    Now that I'm busy with school and stuff like that, I only go swimming 3 days a week instead of everyday.

    Cardio exercises and pylometrics will keep you pretty fit. Also there are lots of kickboxing videos online just to stay fit. Also remember nutrition is a priority.

    Just hit the gym, go for a jog/walk every night for at least 45 minutes, if you have a pool accessible go swimming for like 30 minutes, after that hit the gym again. That's what I would do.

    I just stayed dedicated.
    Started hitting gym 5 times a week for 2 hours a day in about april. And every other day i take a 20 mile bike ride.
    Took me a while to start getting anywhere but i never missed a day and slowly the time and effort pays off.

    Dude I do futsal (indoor soccer) twice a week and it's fanfuckingtastic, it's fast paced like you never stop running and it's actually fun. If you want to work on your arm's, go keeper and if you play it with the right people your arms will get a hell of a work out

    My new apartment complex has a gym which I've been hitting up. Cardio six days a week on the elliptical using HIIT, arms/shoulders/back Monday, legs/glutes/ Wednesday, chest/core friday, resting up (except cardio on Saturday) on the weekend.

    Like yesterday I baked two cakes and 12 cupcakes with my friends. Was pretty good to eat the finished product.
    But I forgot to take my three cupcakes home..

    When I played college ball we had our own athletic center apart from the one the rest of the students used (new equipment, not crowded, the works*) so that was nice.

    Now that I'm out of college I have a 24-hour Fitness membership ($25.00/mo). I go in at least once every other day to lift, no cardio.
