Your opinion of: FL Studio 11

Wanna make some musictracks, is FL Studio a good program to start with for an amateur like me? (I know nothing about making musictracks)

FL Studio is pretty simple to learn. FL 9 is the best in my opinion. Didn't they do away with the pattern sequencer?

Another simple cheap DAW to start with is Mixcraft if they even continue it anymore. It's a Windows equivalent to GarageBand with loop libraries and such.

If you're going to torrent, here's all you need.
FL Studio (whatever you can find)
NI Komplete (Massive, FM8, and AbSynth at least)
Waves Mercury ($6,300 of quality effects, FL plugins kind of suck)

Then just scavenge the web for free sample packs. FL has bad quality kicks, snares, etc.)

If you want to get serious about music production, you have to try more than just one DAW. Work with multiple DAW's and see which one fits your tastes. FLS is good, but it's not good for everyone. I started with FLS and now I use a combination of Ableton Live, Reaper, Pro Tools, Cubase, and Logic X, depending on the track.

True in a way. A good producer can open up any DAW and start making a track. But being able to open up any DAW and start making a track doesn't make you a better producer. Mike Will Made It has always used FL and look at his success. The same with many other super producers. Then there's people like Timbaland who make beats/instrumentals in one DAW and record in another. It's just a matter of preference. Using a certain DAW doesn't make you better than one who uses another.

A lot of people say go is shit, which it is not.
It depends on the person who makes music, I could only ever get used to the layout of fl.
I've tried a shit load of ohtther DAWs too but fl was where I wanted to stay at.
Though, is recommend starting with ableton because if you can use ableton, most other DAWs would be easy to migrate too

You want to learn more than one DAW not to be able to work in any DAw, but to learn what workflow works the best for you. And a quick correction, they are not Producers. They took the label but a Producer is not a musician/artist, a Producer is someone who has earned the title from his profession.

I never said FLS was bad, I love it for quick work, I am saying mainly to learn the workflow to find what works the best for you.

FL Studio 9 is by far the best. I tried upgrading to 11 and I hated it. Most of the hardware I used, it did not read for shit.

Get FL Studio 9, it is good for beginners. The ones I use is FLS9 and Reaper. (Reaper I use for Guitar and Bass.)

I use Reaper for most of my tracks.
I am the seer in the dark,
    the vagabond of yore,
    valediction.
I am the sum of all your parts,
    and proprietor of all.
    A miasma,
    the conclusion,
    blackmonger of Inlé,
    valediction.
    Synapses fray,
    my form now vivid,
as torpor sets and blood grows tepid.
With every ounce of flesh now offered,
I hold your corpse within my coffers.
    Knitted cells now split asunder,
    stand alongside me brother.
Take your place amongst my Owsla,
we march at dawn now and forever.

I actually played Tenor Sax. in High School. We had only 2 Tenors cause no one felt like carrying it around. Lazy bitches.
Clarinet, Trumpet, Flute and Tenor were my positions. Basically filled where people were lacking.
But That is amazing that you do all those things. All about the talent.
