    Thats not bad at all, don't get me wrong, but you're still pretty far away


    All skinny kids at my club who do a pull-up have exactly the same back.
    Your biceps also worry me. They look so un-natural. Everything looks too damn skinny.

    Start doing push-ups, start doing sit-ups, start eating meat, start eating eggs

    but don't ever lift weights if you're becoming 'strong' to be a good fighter

    be a god damn man and work hard for your muscles. 5 months of dedicated hard mental work will get you really far for a long time of your life.

    well dude i do pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups... everything i can even make muscle up... i think that i just need to eat... not more but i have to follow some diet...

    Everyone saying that you're too skinny and need to put on fat is talking out of their ass, you don't need to do that shit.
    Simply eat the right foods and you will gain muscle and mass faster than you know it.
    I suggest also looking into protein shakes, as a once very skinny guy myself, they do help alot.
    Don't expect to turn into Arnorld within another two months though.
