    How to remake those graphical effects

    I'm curious... what program do I need to let those graphics move (with music)

    Animations The best you can use for something like that is After Effects.

    In terms of it zooming in and out, it's all about keyframed animation. It's hard to say without teaching you animation inside of AE, but there are quite a lot of tutorials on youtube that will teach you about basic animation and keyframing.

    This is what I thought but I didn't want too say it and be wrong lol, isn't there a way of making it react to the audio automatically?
    Sort of like audio spectrum? I know in c4d you are able too

    no i mean; on the video you see those particals move, on every kick they hit back and after the kick they just keep moving the direction as before,

    It would be a lot faster if you used Premiere for keyframing.

    After using AE for the initial effects, for the moving with the beats part, you could simply use the motion blur and keyframe in Premiere. (IMO, Premiere is easier to use than AE)
