    Workout Routines..

    Well, I've currently been working out more than normal. I've got a little routine I do which consists of the following:

    • 300 Sit ups (Done in sets of 50's)
    • 200 Push Ups (Also done in sets of 50's)
    • Rep 40 times with 110 pounds, four times a day.
    • 30 Chin Ups.
    • And after all of that, I do the punching bag.

    kinda

    warm up
    100 sit ups
    25 push ups
    run (5-12 miles)
    cool down if hard workout

    and i lift for my arms every other day

    Only workout I do is for Physical Fitness (school subject) where we do circuit of like push ups, sit ups, step ups, wall slaps, bicep curls, tricep lifts, line jumps, skips, medicine ball sit ups, squats, um I think that's it can't think of top of head but yeh we do 3 reps of 80% of our maximum in a minute, if that makes sense like for example I can do 55 push ups in 1 minute so I do 3 sets of 44 push ups quickly .... :S

    also every second day we do a run, seeing I'm doing the 10km run on the fun day, I h ave to run 5-6km each day to train, that's not really a problem for me though because my cardiovascular endurance is very good.

    I hate when I'm forced to workout. Like, I like to do it on my own terms. I hate doing that shit ins school, like srsly.
