    Workout plans?

    So I'm 140 lbs, 5'11 - 6 feet. I'm pretty lean, I don't really have a protruding stomach.
    I'd like to get bigger. As of now I'm doing 5x5 stronglifts.

    Can any of you suggest a workout regiment?

    Well, what are you trying to work on exactly?

    Also, you need to put on a little bit of weight bro.

    How old are you?

    Well first you would really like to start with the basics.


    Do basic dumbbel curls(20-25 lb dumbbels). Usually 5 sets of 20. If you can't do that then just do 3 sets of 15.

    Do bar curls(w/e weight you're comfortable with. Start with 10 lbs on each side). Bar curls are really up to the user. I love doing 5 sets of 10 with 25 lbs on each side.

    Do bench presses(start with 65 lbs.) Set the limit for yourself, see what you're comfortable with. Usually do 3 sets of 10 if you're a beginner.

    Go ham on ab exercises (planks, curl ups, sit ups, dead bugs, leg lifts, etc...). Like I said, go ham. Do like 5 sets of planks on each side a minute each. Do like 100 sit ups(break it up however you want). You see what I'm sayin.

    Don't forget about your body weight work outs, these are the most important. Push ups. Go HAM on push ups. Do 100 push ups a day, again split it up as you would like. Don't take long rests between sets though. Also do pull ups. Try set a goal on pull ups.

    Make sure you get your cardio in. Do like a mile a day in the beginning. (don't do it in like 10 minutes, push yourself.)


    Your diet should be complete, you have to have everything on there. Fats, protein, carbs, vitamins ,etc... If you're physically active don't be afraid to eat.

    Overall really, it's sort of a long list, legs, chest, tri's bi's, back, shoulders it goes on forever. Not sure exactly how to put on this weight. I have really fast metabolism.
    I'm 15 LOL.

    My work outs
    Chest/upper body:
    all at once
    15 regular pushups
    15 wide push ups
    15 wide pushups with hands slanted outward
    15 close grip pushups
    do this 4x(rest in between sets)
    ARMS(MY favorite)
    Get some heavy ass dumbbells
    8 curls
    10 hammer curls
    6-8 concentration curls
    then as many dips as you can
    do this 3 or 4 times
