    sound editors

need someone skilled at editing songs. just wanna lower bass frequencies, using HLDJ to play them on games and it has to be in .wav format . . so it sounds bad if i dont cut out the bass before converting

Wait noise as in like white noise? couldn't that just be connection problems?
I could try and lower the bass frequencies but I don't think will work :l

I'll have to do it tomorrow though since I haven't really slept in 48 hours

nah the way to play music through the mic you have to convert your music to .wav format, which is shit for compression so bass frequencies just are overpowering monotones basically. you dont hear the beat or anything.

a buddy of mine knows how to make them sound good for this program, but i cant get ahold of him. i tried it myself, with Audacity but I cant turn them back into mp3's from the .Aud file

The .wav file type is a lossless format. It's not shit for compression, it just doesn't have that much data removed from it such as MP3. If you want to remove the lower frequencies, use a highpass filter and lower the threshold to around 200 Hz. That'll cut off some of the low mids and the low end from the music entirely. If you need more, increase that threshold to about 400 Hz. That should be the highest you need to go.

    Use Sound Forge.

    That's what I use.
Way easier to change volume / bass.

Though I don't really need it for the stuff I play.
